7. $OFFLY Token
Use of the $OFFLY token is subject to additional terms and conditions as outlined in our Token Sale Agreement. Tokens are utilities for the platform and not investment instruments.

8. Limitation of Liability
OfflyFans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OfflyFans operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
